TB JOSHUA AND MUGABE’S OUTSTER: Now the world agrees…There is a Seer in Nigeria!
TB Joshua has hit global headlines again for all the wondrous reasons! A man of few words, the vision of the Ondo state born indigene in Southwest Nigeria, founded on miraculous deliverances and healings capped with uncommon philanthropy across the world blew into a global phenomenon in the last two decades, capped by consistent accurate prophecies on local and global events.
Early on Tuesday this week, TBJ’s prophesy on the ousting of Africa’s oldest leader, Robert Mugabe flooded international medias as well as the social media, dispelling skepticisms about this phenomenal prophet of our generation.
The prophesy cropped from a recorded Sunday Service at the Synagogue Church of all Nationals (SCOAN) back in 2014 showed Prophet T.B. Joshua predicting impending military intervention in the government of a Southern African country.
The video shows the phenomenal seer saying to his congregation: “The military are interested in embarrassing a President – either they kill him or kidnap him.
“They are still having that plan to kidnap either a President or Vice-President of that nation or the First Lady of that nation. This will cause uproar.”
Giving the apprehension that greets his prophesies, the man of God had refrained from naming the country directly to avoid undue pandemonium. This was some four years ago.
Before events unfolded on Tuesday November 14, 2017 with the Zimbabwean military taking over power in Harare and placing Mugabe and family under house arrest, Zimbabwe’s prominent private Zimbabwean newspaper, the NewsDay, featured the prophecy on the front page of their Monday 13th November 2017 edition, recalling that Prophet TB Joshua had reiterated the prediction just last week.
Nehanda TV, an online news poacher also shared the video on Monday with the title, ‘Was TB Joshua talking about a Coup in Zimbabwe?’
Since the news broke of the Zimbabwean military placing Mugabe and family under house arrest alongside the return of ousted Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa, many have acknowledged unfolding events in Zimbabwe to TB Joshua’s prophesy.
Acknowledging that he is not a fan of Prophets, Zimbabwean critique and situations analyst, Tich Ray on his Twitter confessed that, “Hate him or love him, TB Joshua had ‘seen’ this coming.”
Accurate high profile prophecies
It would be recalled that this is not the first high profile prediction TB Joshua has given concerning governments, security and international upcoming events since his ministry went global.
In his book, What The Future Holds (Bks 1 and 2), a detailed chronicle of accurate, breathtaking prophecies, touching on local and international events, most of which make the ears tingle, a total of 82 prophecies, each documented and monitored to fulfillment, opened with a Word of Knowledge that came during a September 17th of 2006 service at the Scoan. TBJ foretold an impending calamity that was to happen before December 2nd of that year.
He enjoined the Church to fast and pray, with a warning that “Whether or not it is changeable or unchangeable, it is good for us all to know and to hear that this is what is going to happen.”
The following Sunday (September 24th), TBJ expounded on the prophecy, pronouncing October 29th as the day of the evil visitation. His words:
“Let us pray for the most famous person in his own area and career. A very popular person will leave this world; he is picking his things; he has arranged his luggage and wants to go back to where he came from. He will soon leave and pass on. The date is October 29th. Let us pray for the mercy and favour of God.”
The fulfillment indeed came on October 29th, 2006.
A tragic plane crashed in the capital city of Abuja: 96 people were killed, including several leading politicians and the Sultan of Sokoto, Mohammad Maccido, the religious leader of Nigerian Muslims. The private aircraft belonged to the Aviation Development Co., (ADC) Airlines.
Next were the Tornadoes that rocked parts of the United States on Tuesday 5th of February, 2008, accurately prophesied by the Prophet on Sunday, January 27th, 2008 – exactly nine days before the natural disaster struck.
The destruction began in Arkansas, when a tornado described by fleeing residents as a “massive black wall of wind and debris”, tore through a rural town killing and destroying everything on its path. It was recorded as the most devastating natural disaster to hit the area in 20 years. Blowing at a speed of 135mph, the strong wind tossed vehicles in the air like toys, ripping through homes. It claimed some 56 lives and wounded scores, leaving destruction and desolation up to 400 miles wide.
Even the 11-months-old baby boy named Kyson Stowell who was discovered alive in pitch darkness of destruction in the middle of a field was also identified in the prophecy.
But far from a prophet of doom, TBJ’s prophecies covered the good, the bad and the ugly happenings dictating the pace of humanity across the globe.
A vision of the rescue of Colombian hostage, Ingrid Betancourt, for example, came to TBJ on Sunday June 29th, 2008 while ministering at the SCOAN. The prophesy was timed and direct: “In the coming week, the life of a famous personality will be saved – miraculously.”
The Prophet asked the church to celebrate God in thanksgiving for the expected miracle. It was recorded that the prophet singled out Tuesday to Thursday of the new week for the miracle to happen. “I am seeing it. Give thanks to God. You see that it is your prayer that actually the Lord will use to save this person. Please, Tuesday to Thursday, but let’s capture Wednesday, so lift up your voice…”
Sure enough, on Wednesday, July 2nd, just the 3rd day following the prophecy, news spread globally that former Colombian presidential candidate, Ingrid Betancourt was miraculously rescued after six long years of brutal captivity in the Colombian jungle in the hands of the FARC, a self-proclaimed revolutionary guerilla group.
Details later emerged that after years of attempts to secure her release failed, on Wednesday July 2nd, 2008, a Colombian espionage rescue mission infiltrated the FARC camp and captured Ingrid Betancourt from her kidnappers.
Disguised as fellow rebels, the Colombian Army had deceived the FARC into handing over Betancourt and 14 other hostages. Thinking the hostages were only being transferred to another rebel camp, the guerrillas released them without questioning, only to discover later that the Colombian Army had whisked them away to freedom!
The amazing timing to the hour of the fulfillments of TBJ’s prophecies brings to mind Biblical prophets that troubled the kings of Israel like Elijah, Elisha, Ezekiel and Micah, to mention only a few.
The books contain startling records of prophecies that serve as a treasure pool of reference that should find a good place in every study and library worldwide.
Confirming the timeless truth that a prophet is not recognised or honoured at his home, TB Joshua has waded through storms of criticisms, skepticism and outright persecution from religious bodies and people in government from the beginning of his ministry.
T.B. Joshua, it would be recalled, emerged the No. 13 of 71 of the World’s Most Famous Prophets Ever, No. 1 in the African Continent – followed by late Joseph Ayo Babalola who scored a distant 32.
If the vote and ranking were conducted in Africa, it would have become a political and religious tool to witch hunt this simple, open prophet of prophets, but the vote was cast by 250 million prominent people worldwide and conducted by a United States based organisation
