Jay Z, who paid $56 million for a newstreaming musicservice called Tidal has sent his cousin Briant ‘Bee-High’ Biggs who is also a Roc Nation executive to Nigeria to scout for new talents. Bee High was spotted with raving Mavin artiste, Dija and apparently something big may be cooking.
