Lagos state governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, on Thursday commissioned newly reconstructed 10-storey doctors quarters at the General Hospital, Lagos, and refurbished Onikan Health Centre, reassuring Lagosians that the train of infrastructure development and rehabilitation is still on the move.
