A man, Emmanuel Ita, 30, who allegedly stole a chopper bicycle in Lagos on Monday, appeared before an Ojo Magistrates’ Court presided over by Mr A. Adesanya. The defendant, an apprentice in a mechanic workshop, was charged with a two-count charge of conspiracy to commit a felony and stealing.
