The purpose of this media tour, according to Simi, who is presently signed to X3M Music, is to meet her Ghanaian fans and media friends and also appreciate them for their support towards her career over time.

Simi made several stops at selected media houses such as Joy Radio, Joy News TV, Joy Prime TV, GH One TV, Y FM 107.9, Live FM 91.9, Hitz FM, Class 91.3FM, Star Buzz, eNews GH, and more.

This Ghana trip is the latest stop in a cycle that has had Simi shut the stage down in Lagos at Afropolitan Vibes and at Felabration.

Simisola, a twelve track record which features Adekunle Gold as the sole musical guest, has been hailed as one of the best Nigerian albums of the year. Packed with melodious tunes and future classics such as Joromi and Smile for Me, Simisola is a stellar showcase for Simi’s gifts as a natural born storyteller who is able to craft relatable, yet deeply affecting tunes that go to the heart of various universal experiences.

With tracks like Aimasiko, Angelina and Love Don’t Care, Simisola announces Simi as a fabulous chronicler of contemporary Nigerian living and positions her as an important voice that will be heard many years from now. Simisola debuted at number five on the Billboard World Albums chart.
