Sammie Faze To Release New Single in April.

Sammie Faze’s last release was in 2021, the single ‘Do Me Jeje’ featuring former big brother housemate ‘TrikyTee’. Since then he has been keeping a low profile working on his sophomore EP which is still untitled. He recently announced that he is going to release a brand new single in April as the first single off the EP.

Born Samuel Ukpo, better known by his stage name ‘SammieFaze’, the Boston, Massachusetts based, Nigerian artiste was born in Ondo state. The singer, rapper and songwriter was born who is from Ohafia, Abia state, relocated to US in 2018 to further his Education and ended up pursuing a career in music.

In a chat about his soon to be released single, SammieFaze stated: “When I moved to the US, I decided to face my studies, but during the pandemic I had too much time on my hands and writing music was the only thing that kept me focused. So I figured I should go back to music. Most of the songs I wrote are rooted in my own personal experiences. It’s perhaps my most intimate work to date”.

SammieFaze says the forthcoming single will be the lead single of his sophomore EP. He is mixing and mastering the single and making plans to shoot the video while putting finishing touches to the EP.
