PDP has failed in Ekiti, says Olatunbosun

The Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, Mr. Taiwo Olatunbosun has said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has failed in Ekiti State.

Olatunbosun stated this during the Ekiti Central Senatorial meeting held in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.

Olatunbosun declared that the present administration in the state has failed the entire people of Ekiti.

He said that the Ayo Fayose’s administration has plunged the state into economic hardship out of selfish interest and misappropriation of funds.

Olatunbosun who insisted that there was no time that the APC- led administration at the federal level abandoned Ekiti added that “all the federal projects in Ekiti are under the watch of the Federal Government,

the rehabilitations of the federal roads are sponsored by the Federal Government,” he noted that the Federal Government has started housing projects in Ekiti state.

He added that ‘’Diversion and inflation of funds of the federal projects by Ekiti State government necessitates the arrest of Ekiti State Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Toyin Ojo and Accountant-General Mrs. Yemisi Owolabi, on whom the “EFCC has evidences.”

Olatunbosun who condemned the Fayose led-administration over the non-payment off workers’ salary, said “Fayose launched presidential ambition at the expense of workers’ salary.”

The party’s spokesperson in the state declared that ‘’the credit of WAEC/ NECO good results of Ekiti students should be given to Dr. Kayode Fayemi, who laid the solid foundation in education in the state that earned the students good grades.”

Olatunbosun who urged the APC members to be good ambassadors of the party charged them on the use of social media.

He therefore called APC to start mobilising candidates in their various wards for registration of aspirants in preparation for local government election.
