From the appeal filed before the apex court, the complaint grounds of appeal are essentially the same with that of the Court of Appeal.
The two notices of appeal, which was signed by his counsel, Dr. Alex Iziyon (SAN), has 14 grounds and two grounds respectively.
Omisore and PDP are expected to file their briefs of argument latest on the April 24, in fulfilment of 10 days provision by the Supreme Court Rules.
