Olamide discovered Picazzo on my Instagram page, not Tunde Ednut’s – Baddy Oosha

The dust is yet to settle on the ongoing controversy between Olamide and Tunde Ednut over who truly discovered the latest addition to the Olamide led YBNL music family, budding rapper and rave of the moment, Picazzo, on social media,

However, the real brain behind the whole controversy, CEO of Dubai-based audio-visual equipment company, Oosha Empire, filmmaker, actor and record label owner turned singer, Badmus Akeem. O, popularly known as ‘Baddy Oosha’, has finally cleared the air on the matter which has since gone viral on social media.

In a chat with our reporter, he explained how Olamide discovered the budding music talent on his Instagram page contrary to public belief that it was on Tunde Ednut’s page.

“Most of these street artistes are known and blown via my influence. I discovered many of them and make people listen to them and give them attention.

Olamide actually posted this because he discovered Tunde Ednut is trying to claim the glory that it was via his post Olamide discover his new signee. But Olamide was angry because I always keep quiet, so he went ahead and posted this to let the world know Picazzo was discovered by him via my page”, he said.

He added that though he has been quiet behind the scenes, he is the brain behind so many big things happening on the Nigerian music scene.

“Let me say this, so far it has to do with street, I’m the brain behind so many things; but I’ve always kept mute and don’t grant interviews.

But everything I’ve done so far is based on my love for the street music itself. Like Olamide said few days ago, he’s the Nas, Reminisce is the P Diddy while I’m the Larry Hoover. I’ve been the brain behind so many hits out there but decided to be mute and low key”, he said.

Speaking about who the best reigning Nigerian musician is, he named all street music artistes the best.

“As far as your song is street music, to me you are the best. As long as you sing street music you are the best”, he opined.

Baddyoosha is a business man, who owns a audio and visual equipment company in Dubai known as Oosha Empire Audio and Visual Equipment Company.

He’s also an International promoter and a musician with over 10 singles to his credit. After his debut single ‘Esemi’ in 2014, he has gone to record hits like ‘Timbalowo, ‘Angeli, ‘Oga’, ‘Talon Shaye and many more
