Okocha tells Iheanacho to quit Man City

Former Nigeria captain Austin Okocha says Kelechi Iheanacho should leave English outfit Manchester City.
The 20-year-old striker battled for regular game time at the English Premier League (EPL) club during the 2016/17 season – making only five league starts.
Okocha has since advised Iheanacho, who is competing with Brazilian starlet Gabriel Jesus and Argentine superstar Sergio Aguero for a place in the City starting line-up.
“I think he has come at that age that he needs regular first-team games,” Okocha said.
“And I think it would be a better decision for him to go somewhere else where he can play week in week out.
“So I think that’s a great decision for him to move out of Manchester City this season,” the former Nigeria and Bolton Wanderers midfielder concluded.
Iheanacho has been linked with several clubs including English sides Leicester City, Tottenham Hotspur and French club AS Monaco.
However, the 2015/16 EPL champions City are believed to be the favourites for Nigeria international Iheanacho’s signature.
