Lions’ Club distributes school materials to Ekiti pupils, students

The President of the Ado Metropolitan Lions Club in Ekiti State, and proprietor of De-Jewels Apartments, Lion Asiwaju Oyedeji Olajubu, has advised the pupils and students to imbibe the spirit of giving and sacrificing for one another, saying giving and sharing was the greatest thing in life.

Olajubu who gave the advice in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti state capital, on Wednesday, when the Ado Metropolitan Lions’ Club, Region 10, zone 10B, District 404B2, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria visited the Ado Grammar Nursery and Primary School, and the Ado Grammar School to distribute some school materials, added that “love is also essential”, saying without love it would be difficult to share or give out.

The programme was titled: “Back to School Initiative for Youth Empowerment in Ekiti State”, where it gave many notebooks, mathematical sets and other writing materials to aid pupils and students of nursery, primary and secondary schools in the state capital.
