Lagos banker commits suicide

A young banker, simply identified as Kelvin, has reportedly committed suicide at the Ogba area of Lagos.

The late Kelvin, leaved at Modinatu Street, Ogba, before he took his own life.

There is said to be no clear reason why Kelvin, a staff of a new generation bank took his own life.

Neighbours reportedly found his lifeless body dangling from a ceiling fan in his apartment.

They had noticed Kelvin’s door was closed from the inside, and he did not see him leaving for work for days.

They had to force the door open and found him dead.

Called to confirm the incident, the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Elkana Bala, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), said he was yet to get a report on the said suicide.
