Kano Police get new CP
The Kano State Police Command, on Monday, received a new Commissioner of Police in the person of Mr. Rabi’u Yusuf.
During the handing over between the outgoing CP. Abbati Dikko Maigari and CP Yusuf, he former promised to enhance security in areas around the notorious Falgore forest in Doguwa Local Government Area of the state.
It would be recalled that activities of armed bandits had for some time become a major threat to communities living around the forest as well as the state as a whole.
