$9.6bn judgment: Uk grants Nigeria leave to appeal
The United Kingdom Court has granted Federal Government leave to appeal against the award of $9.6 billion in favor of Process and Industrial Development Limited (P&ID).
The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, who is the leader of the Nigerian legal team in London is currently arguing the case for the stay of the execution of the judgement.
