IPMAN dissolves Mid-West zonal caretaker c’ttee         

The National Executive Council of Independent Petroleum Marketers of

Nigeria (IPMAN) has dissolved the Zonal Caretaker Committee of

Mid-Western Zone led by Chief S.N. Ogbewe with immediate effect.

In a statement signed by the National President, Elder Chinedu

Okorokwo, the committee was dissolved in accordance with the amended

IPMAN Constitution of 2009, having outlived its usefulness.

The statement advised the committee to handover all IPMAN properties

in its possession to the IPMAN National Headquarters.

Following the dissolution of the Board, members of the association

present at the meeting, formed a new 21-member Board of

Trustees, representing the 21 depots across the country. Elder Peter

Agbonkonkon was appointed member BOT Mid-Western Zone.
