I’ll Give Lagos a New Look, Says Anifowoshe

The newly elected Chairman of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, Lagos State chapter, Tpl. Anifowoshe Abiola, said on Monday that Lagos will be the best city in Africa, under his watch, as a town planner.
At his inaugural speech, he said, “My predecessor has done marvelously well, all what I need to do now is to consolidate. On their achievement, the project that is very derma in to me, is the contraction of our 25 story building headquarters at Alausa, Ikeja, which should be completed by the grace of God before the end of the year.
“The plan we have for the past three years is to make Lagos wear a new look in what we call sentimental planning. We have Ikeja model city plan, Agege model city plan, Lagos Island model city plan and Ikoyi model city plan, but we need to have all the master plan of Lagos, including its environ”.
