Gunman on Rampage in Paris, France

Ahead of presidential elections, police in Paris, France have reported a shooting incident with one police officer killed and another seriously injured.

Reports suggests that the incident happened outside the Champs-Elysees in Paris.

The police officer was killed when the attacker stopped at the red light and began to shoot sporadically which hit the police officer.

Early suspicion on the incident posits that it may be a terrorist attack on the city of Paris. Although, the French Interior Ministry Spokesman noted that it is too early to ascertain the motive in the Paris attack.

Police report that the attacker has been neutralized.
