FCT High court grants Dino Melaye bail from Police custody
An FCT High court in Maitama, Abuja, presided over by Justice Yusuf Halilu this afternoon granted bail to the senator representing Kogi West Senator Dino Melaye who has been in Police custody for days now.
The court granted Dino bail on two conditions which are:
(1) That the Clerk of the National Assembly should write a letter assuring the court that they will produce him any time he is needed
(2) Two sureties with evidence of owning property in Abuja
The bail application was heard in the senator’s absence.
