Enugu Speaker donates drug-free hospital to constituents

Speaker of Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Edward Uchenna Ubosi has donated a drug-free hospital to members of his Enugu East Urban Constituency. Ubosi who made the announcement during a campaign tour of voting units of the wards in his constituency at Abakpa Nike, Enugu, said that he converted No. 5 Mike Eze Street where he lived before he became speaker to a hospital where people will go and receive free medical care. “Let me announce to you that my former house at No. 5 Mike Eze Street is now a hospital and you can go there to receive free medical services. “I don’t want when you are sick you go to medicine dealers to mix drugs but go to the hospital and receive proper medical care,” Ubosi. Speaking at Ward 17, Abakpa Nike, Enugu, Ubosi promised that voted into power again, he would do more for his constituency and urged them to vote for his party the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the forthcoming polls. Ubosi who visited many units during the tour urged his teeming supporters to ensure that they obtain their voters card to be eligible to vote, “otherwise the support you are giving me will be meaningless,” he said.
