Amazing’s interest into data-driven logistics began with a simple yet powerful realization: inefficiencies in the supply chain were costing businesses in Nigeria time, money, and resources. In 2019, she founded Crearld Limited, a Lagos-based company aimed at optimizing logistics through technology and predictive analytics.

“I noticed that delays in procurement and logistics weren’t just minor inconveniences, they were major barriers to business growth,” Amazing recalls. “Many companies were making decisions based on outdated or incomplete data, along with redundancies, which led to wasted resources, delayed deliveries, and missed opportunities. Small discrepancies and minor inefficiencies can add up, leading to significant losses in business growth. I wanted to change that.”

After building a background in data analytics and gaining a keen understanding of business operations, Amazing and her team built a system that identified patterns and trends contributing to supply chain inefficiencies. Through predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms, Crearld Limited provided actionable insights that enabled companies to speed up cargo shipments and improve client engagement.

But Amazing’s impact wasn’t just limited to analytics. Recognizing that technology adoption required a cultural shift within organizations, she implemented change management strategies that streamlined performance tracking and optimized resource utilization. These efforts resulted in a 42% increase in operational efficiency in the company, an achievement that underscored the transformative power of data-driven decision-making. Despite the company’s success, Amazing recognized that in order to make an even greater impact, she needed to deepen her expertise in data analytics and gain a broader perspective on global market trends. “I realized that I wanted to expand my scope beyond logistics and understand how data could be used to drive decision-making in other industries,” she explains.

This realization led him to pursue a Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics at Boston University. There, she honed her skills data analytical tools and advanced machine learning techniques. her academic journey provided him with a deeper understanding of data-driven problem-solving, preparing him to tackle challenges in finance, healthcare, real estate, and beyond.

“Studying in the U.S. exposed me to a wealth of knowledge and cutting-edge advancements in data science,” Amazing shares. “It reinforced my belief that data isn’t just about numbers, it’s about uncovering insights that drive real change.”

When asked if she plans to return to building and running her company, she responds:

“Yes. I took a step back and temporarily paused operations to reassess my path. Through that process, I gained a clearer vision of what I want to build, something larger, data-driven, and impactful. My goal is to create a platform that bridges the U.S. and Nigeria, with the potential to expand globally. This is only the beginning and sometimes, it takes a little bit of going back to the drawing board to realize how better to model your approach.

My goal is to contribute not only to the economies of Nigeria and the US, but also help young people in both countries achieve their goals. I hope that, one day, a young person will hear my story and feel inspired to pursue their own ambitions.”

Today, Amazing is leveraging her expertise in the real estate sector, where data analytics plays a crucial role in market forecasting, investment decision-making, and operational efficiency. By applying the same analytical rigor that transformed logistics, she helps businesses optimize resource allocation, identify emerging trends, and improve financial performance.

“The real estate industry, much like logistics, is driven by data, whether it’s pricing trends, demographic shifts, or risk assessments,” she says. “By analyzing and visualizing data effectively, we can empower businesses to make smarter, more strategic decisions.”
