Coalition of 30 political parties endorses Gov Abubakar, says he has performed well

About 30 political parties in Bauchi state have aligned with the All Progressives Congress (APC) to ensure that the incumbent Governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar is elected the second time in the forth coming general elections. The leader of the aligning political parties, Alhaji Abdullahi Mohammed said they arrived at the decision having realised that they share similar objectives with ruling APC which centres at national progress, economic transformation, peace, security, unity and national development. He said, “It is against that backdrop that we have resolved to reaffirm our support for an alliance with the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forth coming general elections”. He added that, “we are satisfied with the progressive agenda, developmental projects and policies of the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Governor of Bauchi State, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar Esq. We support their candidature in APC and we are committed to ensure their success “. The coalition dissociated itself from all other political parties who purportedly formed a coalition against the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bauchi state and resolved to support and campaign for the candidates of APC in Bauchi at all levels, giving no room for cracks.
