Buhari Seeks NASS Approval For N180bn Virement To Fund Shortfalls In 2016 Budget
President Muhammadu Buhari has forwarded a requested to the National Assembly seeking approval for a sum of N180.8 billion as a virement to fund shortfalls in the 2016 Budget.
Virement is an administrative transfer of funds from one part of a budget to another.
