Buhari presents 2018 Budget on Tuesday

President Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday next week present the 2018 Appropriation Bill before a joint sitting of the National Assembly.

The president made this known in a letter to the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, yesterday which was read at the Senate plenary.

According to the contents of the letter, the President said, ” This is in pursuant to section 81 of the the 1999 Constitution, may I crave the kind indulgence of the National Assembly to grant me the slot of 1400hours on Tuesday 7th November 2017 to formally address a joint session and lay before the NASS the 2018 budget proposal.”
