BREAKING NEWS: Nurses in Ondo State protest non-payment of salary

Nurses working in the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ondo State on Thursday staged a protest against the non-payment of their salaries by the state government.

Daily Times gathered that the nurses have accused Ondo State government led by Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of nonchalance towards their welfare.

Unanimously, shunned their duty posts to protest on the premises of the hospital complex. The protesters alleged that the government was owing them five to six months salaries.
