Breaking: IGP Adamu briefs Senators in close door session over Insecurity

Inspector General of Police, Adamu Mohammed is presently in close door session at the Senate Chamber to brief the lawmakers on the security situation in the country.

Adamu who was admitted into the Senate Chamber alongside the Special Adviser to the President on Legislative Matters (Senate), Senator Ita Enang went straight into a close door meeting with the Senators after being duly welcomed by the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki.

Recall that the Inspector General of Police was on Tuesday 20th April, 2019 invited by the Upper Chamber to brief the lawmakers on the increasing spate of insecurity in the country.
