Breaking: Buhari Lands At Maiduguri International Airport

President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived at Maiduguri Air Force Base in Borno State, accompanied by senior government officials.

President Buhari arrived at 10:05 a.m., surrounded by heavy security.

He was greeted by the Governor of Borno State, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, as well as members of the national and state assemblies, and is currently sharing pleasantries with top government officials.

After there, he’d examine a Guard of Honour before commissioning certain projects and assessing the security condition at Mamalari Cantonment’s Theatre Command of Operation Hadin Kai.

Remember that General Lucky Irabor, the Chief of Defence Staff, led service leaders and the Inspector-General of Police to Maiduguri yesterday in preparation for the President’s visit.
