Again, Kano loses another BUK professor
A senior lecturer with the Department of Physical and Health Education, Bayero University, Kano, Prof. Monsuru Lasun Emiola, is dead.
He died on Wednesday night at the university clinic after a brief illness.

A staff of the Information and Publication unit of the university, Dr Lamara Garba, confirmed the death of the deceased to our correspondent in Kano on Thursday.
He said Prof. Emiola, a senior lecturer with the Physical and Health Education Department, was an indigene of Oyo State.
He said the late professor retired from the university over 10 years ago, the Punch reports.
He was survived by a wife and children.
Recall that BUK had recently lost three lecturers including Prof Balarabe Maikaba, who was from the Faculty of Communication.
