Igbo President will be feasible in 2023, says World Igbo Union

People of the South East have been advised to vote for a Presidential candidate that has the interest of Igbo presidency at heart come 2023. The President, World Igbo Union, Eze Amb. Mishak Nnanta disclosed this Monday in his Olokoro, Umuahia South LGA while hosting a world press conference, stating that the 2023 presidency is devine. He said that that ndigbo is the first son in Nigeria and important in the affairs of the country and condemned the marginalization of the tribe. He maintained that even if any presidential candidate of Igbo extration wins at the Saturday presidential election, it is an addition, “but the 2023 mandate remains”. Nnanta used the opportunity to advise igbos living in the North not to entertain any fears during the election period as the country is for all. He noted that the postponement of the election has happened on 2011 and in 2015, adding “God knows why”. The will of God, he said will prevail, pointing out “after this, Nigeria Will be good”. He also condemned the call by IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu over boycott of the election, stating that it is counterproductive to the aspirations of ndigbo. Nnanta also warned INEC that “enough is enough”, clarifying that many international observers are now grappling with their stay in Nigeria, having exhausted their pockets due to the postponement of the elections. He called on Ndigbo in particular and Nigerians in general to vote wisely.
