Thieves caught and made to beat each other as punishment (video)

Two thieves were caught stealing and they were given a very long cane with a curved tip to beat each other. Both criminals can be seen in a footage taking turns to deliver the lashes. They were both topless and it seemed really painful. See the video after the cut…
