The Imo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), at the weekend suffered another major setback as one of its chieftains and acting chairman, Fiscal Responsibility Commission (FRC), Prince Victor Muruako, defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)
