Senate postpones resumption

The resumption of the Senate in plenary earlier scheduled for Tuesday April 25, 2023 has been rescheduled to Tuesday May 2, 2023.
In a statement signed by the Clerk, Senate Chinedu Akubueze said “all Distinguished Senators sreby this notice requested to resume sitting in plenary on Tuesday 2nd May, 2024 by 10 am prompt, please”.

It will be recalled that the Senate adjourned for Easter and Eid fitr holidays on Wednesday April 5, 2023 to resume on Tuesday April 25, 2023 before this postponement.
