SEC slams life ban on CEO, Partnership Investments

Nigeria’s Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has slammed a life ban on the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Partnership Investment Company Plc and Partnership Securities Limited Mr. Victor Ogiemwonyi.

The SEC also banned him from holding directorship position in any public company in Nigeria for his unprofessional conduct in respect of the activities of both companies, and has withdrawn the operating license of the companies.

Although the SEC was yet to officially release a statement as at the time of filing this report, The SEC head of corporate communications Naif Abdusallam, in a telephone conversation has confirmed the report to the Daily Times
