President Buhari has no hatred for Igbos — Air Peace CEO Allen Onyema

The founder and CEO of Air Peace airlines, Chief Allen Onyema, has debunked claims by some people that President Muhammadu Buhari doesn’t like anyone of Igbo descent, Daily Times gathered.
He made the statement in an interview with ABS while speaking about the Anambra Cargo Airport Project.
In his exact words, “I thank God for our President, President Muhamadu Buhari. It is very untrue that he doesn’t like Igbos. I’m a beneficiary of…without me being a member of his party or any party. I’m a beneficiary of his support for indigenous businesses. People don’t know.

“People believe what they read out there. The Federal Government of Nigeria has given me destinations they’ve never given anybody. I’m an Igbo man. I’m from Anambra. I don’t know anybody or any godfather. President Buhari through his Minister [for aviation] has given me China, London, Portugal, the entire Europe.
“I’m not a Muslim, but he has given me Jeddah. He has given me [the] US. He has given me India, and all of them. The government has given me about 20 destinations to fly to. I’m an Igbo man. It’s not true that President Buhari doesn’t like Igbos”
