Police/Community Declare Alleged Bisexual Wanted

The Police authorities / Community in Edo State, have declared a manhunt for one allegedly fleeing bisexual suspect, Aiyanyor Kennedy Osakpanmwan who was said to have been involved in act of bisexuality was arrested and granted conditional bail by the police.
Addressing journalists on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, Edo State, Mr. Philip Aliyu Ogbadu, the Command Public Relations Officer, SP Bello Kontongs, said that the now at large Aiyanyor Kennedy Osakpanmwan and his gay partner, Felix Ogah, were caught and arrested for homosexuality act on January 22, 2024.
SP Knotongs, disclosed that “a cracked police team was later deployed to the suspect’s residence at Ikhueniro quarters Benin City where two other gay syndicates alleged to be Aiyanyor’ partners were arrested, while Aiyanyor Kennedy Osakpanmwan could not be re-arrested as he was not at home as at the time the police stormed his house.
He further stated that the police are not going to relent in its efforts to arrest Aiyanyor Kennedy Osakpanmwan to face the wrath of the law.
He, however, appealed to members of the public who may have useful information that could lead to the re-arrest of the wanted Aiyanyor Kennedy Osakpanmwan to approach any security formation in the country, assuring that such information would be treated in strict confidentiality.
Homosexuality according to the law of prohibition of same sex marriage, bisexuality and lesbianism which was enacted in 2014 is a crime that attracts 14 years jail term.
It will be recalled that former President Goodluck Jonathan had in March 2014, amongst others signed into law a bill that criminalises same-sex, homosexuality, gay marriage and other amorous relationship.
Homosexuality is also seen by society as a taboo and abominable act in his culture.
Meanwhile, as at the time of filling this report, the whereabout of Aiyanyor Kennedy Osakpanmwan remain unknown.
