“Their security can also be guaranteed with us here in the council as long as they are lodged in our guest house”.

Paddy Dare, a former Vice President of NUJ, Zone B, said that journalists in the country deserved better living wage and affordable housing scheme considering their high work schedules and condition.

Dare, who was also the state chairman of the council, advised the members of the union to maintain the newly acquired infrastructures and facilities provided for the guest house.
