Obanikoro, Agbaje Fete Vulcanisers in Lagos

The Minister of State, Foreign Affairs, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro on Monday held an interactive session with the Lagos State Association of Vulcanisers (LSAV), urging them to vote for President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday and for Mr. Jimi Agbaje as Governor of Lagos State on April 11.
The event, held at the association’s secretariat at Mushin, Lagos, had over 5,000 members, who displayed their Permanent Voter’s Cards to the Minister and promised that they would vote for the PDP in all the elections.
Obanikoro said:”Nobody knew that the President set up a scholarship fund for the brightest students. The beneficiaries were showcased to all of us. The benefit of this is that Nigerians can now compete with the best brains in the world and it also means that our future is guaranteed. “This is the way Singapore and China were developed.
Our country is 55 years old. Why is that it is only President Jonathan who is thinking and planning for the future of our youths? Jonathan has invested, massively, in agriculture. Nigeria will soon be self-sufficient in rice production. Not just in Ofada rice but in other species of rice too.
