Lawmaker, Akande-Sadipe, facilitates 14th school project in Oluyole

House of Representatives (HoR) member, Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, has facilitated the reconstruction of two blocks of four classrooms, at St. Thomas Catholic School, Baare, Olose in Oluyole Federal Constituency, making it the 14th of such she has done.

This, the House of Representatives member said, was a demonstration of her commitment to the development of education in her constituency, “making it my 14th school projects in Oluyole.”

According to a statement made available to journalists by Akande-Shadipe’s Special Assistant (SA) Media and Publicity, Olamilekan Olusada, on Sunday, the HoR member handed over the site for the reconstruction on 1st April in the presence of community leaders and representatives of the Oluyole Federal Constituency.

Akande-Sadipe, who also serves as the chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Diaspora, expressed her delight at the development of the project, stating that education was the bedrock of any society, adding that it was essential to invest in the education of the young ones.

The construction of the classroom blocks is part of Honorable Akande-Sadipe’s efforts to improve the quality of education in Oluyole Federal Constituency.

According to her, the new classrooms would provide conducive learning environment for the students and improve the standard of education in the community.

Honorable Akande-Sadipe promised that she would continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the needs of her constituents are met.

“I promise to continue to work towards ensuring that my constituency benefits from various developmental initiatives,” she said.

Residents of Baare and Olose expressed gratitude to the lawmaker, stating that they looked forward to more developmental projects from her representation.
