India has invested $10bn in Nigeria so far – High commission

The Indian High commissioner in Nigeria, Nagabushana Reddy on Thursday, has disclosed that India has invested $10 billion, which translates to the establishment over 135 companies currently operating in Nigeria.

The Indian High Commission in Nigeria at an event to commemorate 60 years of bilateral engagement with Nigeria, constituted a high level panel discussion featuring trade experts from African countries, and friends of the High Commission in Abuja, to share experiences on exploring ways India can actively contribute to the development.

Mr Reddy in his remarks adjudged the six decades old engagement between both countries as successful.
