Firm sets to ease accommodation challenges in FCT with Garden City
As middle class and low income earners struggle to secure affordable accommodations in the federal capital territory, Abuja and environs, a real estate firm, T Pumpy Concept said it is set to ease the burden by building categories of affordable house for Nigerians.
To be cited in Karsana East, Abuja, Akintayo Adaralegbe, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of T Pumpy Concept Limited said the Garden City will “make homeownership affordable and accessible to Nigerians, while also contributing to sustainable community development in the Federal Capital Territory.”
Adaralegbe at a media parley in his Abuja office said the T Pumpy Garden City is designed to combine modern living with comfort and security.
According to him, “the estate comes with Federal Capital Territory Administration Certificates of Occupancy (CofO), guaranteeing full legal ownership and peace of mind for all subscribers. As with every project we deliver, transparency and integrity remain central, ensuring that clients can invest with confidence.
“The estate will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure to meet the needs of residents. We are providing paved road networks, effective drainage systems, reliable electricity, and street lighting among others. In addition, landscaped green areas and gardens will be a key part of the community, offering beauty and serenity that live up to the estate’s name.”
To ensure affordability, he said the company is introducing a special promotional sales campaign that begins on September 1 and runs until October 31, 2025.
“During this period, we are offering plots at discounted prices. For initial deposit, buyers can choose between 500 square meters for five million naira, 300 square meters for four million naira, and 200 square meters for three million naira to secures a plot and subscribers can spread the balance across three months, six months, or one year.
“To support all subscribers we are also offering cement incentives ranging from thirty to one hundred bags, depending on the plot size and payment plan.
“We recognize that land and housing in Abuja are often priced beyond the reach of many Nigerians. That is why we have deliberately structured this estate to be affordable while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
“Our goal is not simply to sell land but to create opportunities for families, young professionals, and investors to own property in a prime location without being excluded by cost. This is our way of addressing the housing deficit and ensuring that homeownership is achievable for more people.”
Promising not to compromise quality, Adaralegbe said like T Pumpy’s other projects, the Garden City is being developed with a focus on quality and value, guided by the philosophy that every Nigerian deserves a safe, modern, and comfortable home.
This, he said, has been attested to by home owners in the company’s estates across strategic locations in Abuja, including Lugbe, Kurudu, Jikwoyi, Kabba 2, Katampe 2, Guzape, Karsana, and Apo Gude and in places outside Abuja such as Ibadan, Ekiti, Ilorin and other states.
The CEO promised that T Pumpy will continue to empower people and transform communities knowing fully that every estate delivered is a contribution to national development.
