Faye Nguyen on Leveraging the Power of Gratitude to Improve Your Overall Mental Health

Faye Nguyen has vast experience in the health care industry. This makes her highly skilled in leveraging the power of gratitude to improve mental health. She recently shared some of her insights to help others improve their mental state.

Faye fills many roles in life. She is the founder of the Autism United Action non-profit organization, a content creator, and a speech-language pathologist. With such a busy life, maintaining her mental health is important.

She has discovered several methods of doing so over the years, including using the power of gratitude. For example, Faye is grateful for her academic scholarship to Washington State University.

This allowed her to transition from growing up in Vietnam to completing her Masters of Science. That, in turn, led to extensive social and creative achievements, including her growing social media presence.

She also practices gratitude for her ability to combine passions. She explains, “For years, I did not know how to combine my two lives together and preferred to keep them separately. I am grateful to understand that we are multi-dimensional creatures, and we have various interests and talents.”

Faye Nguyen advises that one should not limit oneself to just one job, one career, or one life path. She discloses, “Being a professional in the health care field does not limit me from pursuing my personal interest in modeling and content creating.”

Faye’s efforts to combine the two began with her YouTube channel that features speech pathology content. It has extended to the Autism United Action non-profit organization.

She describes the organization as, “It is the answer to my quest to integrate my professional knowledge/skillset with my personal interests as well as the social platforms/followings I’ve accomplished over the past five years.”

Faye Nguyen is taking the power of gratitude to the next level. She gains more fulfillment via the Autism United Action non-profit organization and those who are grateful for the services it provides.

Faye has multiple careers. These include creating content, speech pathology, modeling, and founding the Autism United Action non-profit organization. Her successes in each of these areas have left her with much to be grateful for.

That is particularly true given that her career has brought significant changes in her life. She moved from Vietnam to Washington to pursue her Master’s.

Then, she moved to California for better weather and scenery. The various opportunities have helped maintain Faye’s mental health.

Faye Nguyen not only uses the power of gratitude to improve her mental health but also the gratitude of others. She works to help others and provide them with reasons for their own gratitude to improve their mental health, such as via her new NGO.
