Buhari redeploys 3 perm secs

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the redeployment of two out of the three permanent secretaries who have been at home since 2015.
The Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, disclosed this in a statement made available in Abuja on Friday.
The Daily Times had exclusively reported that the three permanent secretaries: Mrs Nkechi Ejele, Mrs Ibukun Odusote and Mrs Fatima Bamidele had been idle at home for three years without posting while there were no prima facie cases against them.
But the President later exonerated them and directed their immediate redeployment.
Buhari added that it was wrong to punish the permanent secretaries since the allegations against them could not be substantiated.
But Mrs Fatima was said to have attained the mandatory retirement age during her prolong stay at home.
The other two permanent secretaries, Mrs Odusote have now been posted to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment while Mrs Ejele is now with the Federal Ministry of Communication.
Another permanent secretary, Alhaji Abdullahi Abdulazeez Mashi, who was formerly at the Federal Ministry of Communication has also been posted to the Federal Ministry of Health.
Meanwhile, Oyo- Ita has urged the permanent secretaries to complete all processes of hand over and take over before July 6.
