Aderonke Adedeji elected PenOp’s first female president

The Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria (PenOp) has a new President.
Aderonke Adedeji of Leadway Pensure is the first female president in the body’s history and takes over the leadership of the umbrella body of pension operators from Eguarekhide Longe, the Managing Director of AIICO Pension Managers.
The other members of the Executive Committee announced at its 6th Annual General Meeting in Lagos on the 13th of April include Vice President, Akeeb Akinola of Shell CPFA; Head of Branding Committee, Wale Odutola of ARM Pensions; Head, Legal & Regulatory Committee; Hamza Sule Wuro Bokki of NPF Pensions; Head, Technical Committee, Dapo Akisanya of AxaMansard Pensions and Treasurer, Chinedu Ekeocha of Diamond PFC.
In a statement, Executive Secretary, Susan Oranye, said the body has “great confidence that the new EXCO will carry on the excellent work done by past EXCOs of the Association in driving the growth of the Nigeria pensions industry.”
