Yomi Casual launches Renaissance

Top Nigerian designer, and celebrity Yomi Casual has released his first collection for 2017 tagged Renaissance this is a prelude to his 10th anniversary in the fashion business.

The line features casual wears as well as more enchanting attires that could be the highlight for day or night outing. It has a male and female version too.

According to the multiple award-winning designers, the Renaissance was born out of his desire to fulfil the needs of the younger generation.

Yomi who has always been known for his native designs said he wanted to try something new and more affordable, since the recession has adversely affected his native wears drastically.

“I have always wanted to try something new. Last year, I released a shirt collection and the reception was massive and encouraging.

Then this year, the recession continued, and it was affecting the sales of our native outfits and I also thought of reaching out to more young people out there; something more youthful and affordable. So, I came up with this Renaissance designs”, he said.

Expatiating on his new creation, the about-to-wed fashion icon said originality is evident in the new piece, which reflects elaborate magical details.
