Wunmi Toriola reconciles with ex-husband, plans more children

Sultry actress Wunmi Toriola, says she will like to have more children but not with any other man except her ex-husband. Last year, 2023, Toriola announced that she had parted ways with her estranged husband over allegations of domestic violence and abusive relationship.

Her ex-husband, on his part, claimed that their marriage was filled with violence, deceit, and betrayal on Wumi Toriola’s part, accusing the actress of physically assaulting his mother.

However, the actress recently made a U- turn, explaining that she would love to have more kids and she will do that with her ex-husband as it’s not her desire to have kids from different men.

While speaking about her personal life with another actress, Iyabo Ojo, on a talk show programme, ‘On the Goldroom Talk’, the mother of one said despite what has happened between her and her husband, she was ready to mend fences with him.

She said, “I want to have more kids, at least two more kids, the decision is going over the love life and things we shared in the past. I want to reconcile with my ex-husband because I want to have all my children for one man.”

Toriola and her husband got married in 2018 and the marriage is blessed with a son Zion. However her fans were stunned last year when she announced through her Instagram page that she was walking away from the marriage.

The single mother of one, however, said her ex-husband remains fully engaged in co-parenting despite their split. “I got married to a young man, we had our lives coming up. I used to believe we could work things out but at a point when you have issues in marriage and keep letting you feel your celebrity status is on the rock, you take a bold step”.
