Why I want to govern Anambra through Accord Party- Godwin Maduka

The former guber aspirant of the People Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Godwin Maduka, has affirmed his resolve to defeat the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the November 6th, 2021 governorship election in the state.
He said he will actualised that through Accord Party.
He added that his ambition to govern the state was borne out of the people’s yearning for representative democracy, governance and development in its true essence.
Maduka, gave the hints while officially joining the Accord Party, at his Campaign office, along Enugu-Onitsha expressway Awka, on Wednesday.
He said Accord Party, been one the peaceful and unity Political party in the country at the moment, will give him all the electoral opportunities to governed Anambra state, as planed two years ago, when he begins his political journey.
According to him, he opted to contest the election under the aegis of Accord Party to put practical effect to the expectations of Ndi-Anambra.
Maduka explain that he left PDP to contest the election in Accord Party, because of the fraudulent manner, the PDP conducted their primary election but was defeated by Mr. Valentine Ozigbo.
He lamented that governor Willie Obiano led-APGA government have failed the people in many areas of Human Capital development, especially the non rehabilitation and construction of major roads the state capital, Awka.
He promise to developed Anambra State to International standard.

The Medical Doctor cum Politician, was receive alongside his Deputy, Mr. Kenneth Ohi, by the party state chairman, Prince Batho Igwedibia, amidst funfair from supporters and party members.
In his brief remarks, the state chairman of the party, Prince Batho Igwedibia, said Dr. Maduka has all it takes to governed the state.
While describing Maduka, as the only guber candidate that did not have political godfather in Anambra politics, assure supporters that the party is battle ready to win the election and take over the state government government house.
