Video: Female FRSC Official Drags Steering with Driver, Accomplice Smashes Car Window
Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officials were captured live on camera harassing a driver and his passenger.
In a video obtained by Daily Times, a female FRSC official is seen obstructing safe driving, by trying to commandeer the steering wheel from a driver of a moving vehicle.
After seconds of trying without success, her accomplice is seen alighting from an official FRSC vehicle to smash the passenger window to pieces.
