Two men paraded naked after they were busted vandalizing a pumping machine in Delta State (Photo)
The youth from Abraka community in Ethiope East LGA on Sunday paraded two men naked, after they caught them vandalizing a water pumping machine belonging to one Mr. Isaac Ajerho.
According to a Facebook user, Christian Onwugbolu who shared the photo, one of the culprits (pictured right) is married with four children.
