Two lesbian women found dead
Two Lesbian women in Osogbo, Osun State were killed by Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC), a private militia known to attack LGBT individuals.
On Dec 1, 2016, A 26yrs old lesbian woman name Kehinde Muraina and her partner 25yrs old lesbian woman name Tolu Ojo was caught having sex in their new apartment.
According to eye witnesses, A neighbor walked into the unlocked apartment without knocking and found Kehinde Muraina and her partner Tope Ojo having sex. The neighbor began to scream and call for other neighbor’s to arrive.
Approximately 15 people came and began beating them with rubber canes and belts and strip them naked.
Moments later a group of approximately 20 men from the OPC abducted and detained both Kehinde Muraina and Tolu Ojo accusing them for being lesbian couple.
They were held for 2 days, blind folded and were severely beaten, tortured and gang-raped.
Two days later their body was found dead by the same neighbor’s on the street. There were no reports of investigations or prosecutions regarding Kehinde Muraina and Tolu Ojo’s killing.

Kehinde Muraina is the younger sister to Bamidele Muraina a well known successful business man and the owner of Murbod Auto LLC car dealership in Atlanta GA, USA
According to our source, Bamidele Muraina is rumored to be a gay man and wanted by the police and the OPC militia group as well.
Our source told us that Bamidele Muraina was previously arrested by the police last year 2015 at a birthday party with group of gay men. Shortly after his release, he fled the country and has not been back to the country.
