Tribunal discharge and acquits Saraki on false assets declaration charges
The Code of Conduct Tribunal this morning up held the no case submission made by the Senate President Dr. Olubukola Saraki on the 18 count charge filed against him by Federal government for false declaration of assets.
The tribunal said the prosecution failed to established a prima facie case against Saraki.
