The Director-General, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, said on Saturday that the agency monitored the repair of the vandalised pipeline at Mosan, Ipaja, Lagos State, by officials of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
